For our Offshore Heavy Lift department, we are looking for an experienced Tooling project manager to take ownership of our Jack-up (JU) tooling and ensure we have the optimal usage of our tools and join the green transition.
How to contribute to our vision.
If you are our new colleague, you will be in charge of the technical project performance for JU & tooling.You will help finding technical and operational solutions and be the primary contact for the communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders. And you will be ensuring all is documented and reported correctly.
You will contribute with your technical expertiseto your colleague operational project managers, and youwill together identify and implement improvements towards our JU operations. You will take charge inthe overall planning of equipment and tooling readiness, forecasting and demand planning, and help better the collaboration that can have influence on Service tooling development.
What you need to make a difference
We believe the right candidate is not necessarily having certain years of experience but that you have the right attitude and personality. As we are a diverse, energetic and well-established team we are looking for someone who has a hands-on mindset as well as being proactive andknow-how in the field.
You are able to build bridges with other departments, take and drive lessons learned towards improvement, and feel comfortable on a JU vessel and working closely with offshore technicians.
We imagine you are ready to further develop your professional career using you maritime background having naval experience or might have been working within the industry as a:

It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
