The position
Your role will be important as you will setting directing for ensuring that we are compliant with GxP requirements for job specific training. In this position you will have the opportunity to develop the role further and influence the training of the future. We have a strong focus on making a difference in close collaboration with our stakeholders to support our growing organisation ensuring both maintenance of competences and on-boarding within GxP regulated processes. Your key areas of responsibility will be to: Manage and maintain the process for how to identify, provide, evaluate and document training required to work with tasks in GxP regulated processes in Development Drive the training agenda from a Quality perspective across research and development Manage the training process in alignment with the overall training strategy from the corporate Training process and the requirements defined on a corporate Novo Nordisk level for training Be Area process Manager for Development, hence chairing the area process group in Development, to ensure alignment with and input to the corporate Training process group in Novo Nordisk concerning training strategy and initiatives Drive development and alignment of training initiatives across R&D Quality to ensure compliance and simplicity Support colleagues in R&D Quality and other areas with suggestions and knowledge sharing on effective and compliant training and learning methods Continuously drive towards establishing and maintaining training and competence development best suited to meet the needs Apply an investigative and problem-solution approach to understand challenges and to proactively identify how training and learning technologies can contribute to solve these challenges. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you need the following: A master’s degree in science such as biology, pharmacy, medicine or similar Solid experience in effective training solutions within GXP regulated processes preferably from Pharma industry Experience with change management and stakeholder management at different organizational levels Experience and “confidence” as trainer and facilitator Proficiency in both written and spoken English. Required personal skills: Strong quality and strategic mindset Personal drive, impact, and leadership Motivated by solving problems, seeing opportunities and driving change Mindset to challenge status quo and positively deal with stakeholder resistance Ability to build relationships and motivate and engage stakeholders. You can expect a position with a high degree of independence where excellent communication skills are a must, including the ability to create relations and influence colleagues at different levels across the organisation to ensure buy-in of the training strategy and initiatives. About the department The vacant position is in the RDQ Operational Excellence which is one of the three sister department in R&D Quality Operations. We are responsible for supporting broadly in Research & Early Development (RED) and Development (DEV) with our QMS expertise. Furthermore, we also support cross-organisationally in R&D Quality, to strengthen implementation of RDQ strategic initiatives such as digitalization, continuous improvements (cLEAN), data analysis.
