The position
As our Vice President for Business & Post-Merger Integration, you will report to the Corporate Vice President and will lead 10+ direct reports in a growing team. While you build up your team, you will also assist the wider Product Supply, Quality, IT [PSQIT] organisation in planning, executing, and exiting post-merger integrations.
You will be part of the PSQIT Business Integration team and assist in maturing out overall post-merger integration capability, and act as senior PMI expert and sparring partner to the wider organisation.
You will be responsible for sharpen our PMI processes within PSQIT, train and educate the wider PSQIT organisation in the usage of Novo Nordisk best practice toolbox for PMI and in close collaboration with the Corporate Integration ensure business value realisation of the acquired asset post close.
Main responsibilities of the role are:
Key stakeholders for this role is Corporate Integration, Diligence teams, Quality Due Diligence & Integration, IT Due Diligence & Integrations, various areas within Product Supply such as PSQIT Finance, ESG, Supply Chain.

About the department
The PSQIT Business Integration will be responsible for efficient scouting and due diligence processes of potential acquisitions within manufacturing capacities, participate in due diligence on assets coming from Corporate Development as well as own identified targets, manage the integration into PSQIT and finally mature PSQIT’s overall M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) readiness. The department reports to Novo Nordisk’s SVP of Supply Chain & Business Development.
