A number of Assistant Lectures for teaching in Regulatory Affairs in the USA

Department of Pharmacy at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences University of Copenhagen seeks a number of Assistant Lectures for employment as soon as possible for teaching in the subject of Regulatory Affairs in the USA. 
 
Work tasks   
The post of assistant lecturer is a part-time position with a view to independent performance of 
teaching duties and instruction that supplements teaching provided at the level of assistant professor, associate professor or professor.  
 
You will be teaching classes and having lectures. In addition, you will coordinate within the classes on registration of medicines in the United States, specifically regarding topics such as FDA's organization, the specific FDA procedures, meetings and preparation for submission to FDA, as well as on the differences in relation to the registration of medicines in fx EU. 
 
Required qualifications  
Applicants for the post of assistant lecturer must have a master’s degree and have experience whitin the field. Good communicative/pedagogical skills is necessary. 
 
Reappointment is possible to the extent this is in accordance with the Fixed-Term Employment Act, cf. above. The specific number of hours, etc., is fixed for each semester within the agreed framework. 
 
Terms of employment 
The positions will be filled in accordance with the State Employer's Authority's Circular on Hourly paid Teaching (Cirkulære om timelønnet undervisning) and the Circular on Remuneration of 
External Examiners (Cirkulære om censorvederlag). 
 
Hourly payment is 240.05 Dkr. Preparation time is 1½ time pr. teaching hour. Preparation included the hourly payment pr. teaching hour is 600.12 Dkr.  
 
The duration of the appointments is up to three years.
