Job Description

As our new Account Manager, you will focus on identifying and approaching potential clients with the aim of identifying how Roboyo best can help them on their automation journeys. In this role, you will be an important part of our Nordics sales team in developing our sales organisation to better support our clients in fulfilling their needs.


You will be the link between Roboyo and our clients, identifying opportunities, answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products and technologies. In addition to seek opportunities to new clients, you also work to develop our relationships with existing clients. As such, you will become a crucial part of, and a trusted advisor in our client’s digital transformation journey. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible from our location in Copenhagen and willing to travel within Denmark.


Within this role, your responsibilities, and tasks will include:

  • Developing and building existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
  • Responsibility over the complete sales cycle (end-to-end)
  • Processing of tenders in cooperation with our consulting team
  • Creation of "customised" pitch decks and individualised offers
  • Execution of strategic and tactical account planning, as well as effective implementation of sales methodologies with high cross-selling potential
  • Communication and close collaboration with our technology partners
  • Run or participate in events and sales/marketing activities with a focus on existing and potential client business opportunities
  • Forecasting and CRM reporting


Requirements

Experience and skills you will bring to Roboyo:

  • Experience in complex solution selling that includes the introduction of projects of cloud services, IT-services and/or process development initiatives
  • Experienced in driving sales initiative from first contact to signed engagement
  • 4+ years of sales or consulting experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong business focus with good understanding from working with stakeholders at C-level
  • Try, learn, and develop mentality
  • Enjoy sales and great interest in digitalisation technologies
  • Fluent in both Danish and English. Other languages are a plus (Swedish, Norwegian, German, French, etc.)
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel


Skills that we see as a big plus:

  • Experience in RPA or IT / Management consulting from project management or project delivery will be an advantage, and your ability to understand and translate client needs into solutions will be of great importance.
  • A resilient network and experience would be desirable
  • Curiosity for new technology
