The department
You will be part of the unit Product Supply (PS) Process Digitalisation. Product Supply is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with 20,000+ employees globally across five continents, responsible for the entire supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products.
PS Process Digitalisation is a central unit in Novo Nordisk, who is driving the automation and digitalisation portfolio end-to-end in Product Supply from idea assessments to operation & maintenance of our live solutions. You will be a part of the Extended Reality team, who is responsible for implementing XR technologies across Product Supply, all the way from platform and device selection to on-site implementation and benefit realisation. The position
As a key role in our Extended Reality team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the internal set-up in the XR initiative across Product Supply. Being part of a small team, you will have great impact on how the setup and solutions will be both today and, in the future, setting a precedent for the use of the technology in the organisation.
In the role as Advanced Digital Business Consultant, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the internal set-up for our Augmented Reality (AR) track. Among others, your tasks will include:
Act as Scrum Master for the XR track Drive our third-party service level agreement for first line support Consolidate retrospective feedback from our onboarded units, prioritise improvement suggestions to the set-up and ensure they are implemented accordingly Drive internal communication initiatives As an Advanced Digital Business Consultant, you will bring your analytical and collaborative mindset to work, building bridge between our technical solutions, and the to-be solution, ready to be used at our production sites in Product Supply. This means you will be part of driving and implementing the solutions, all the way from finding the right use cases, executing proof on concepts, to the final large-scale implementation, supporting thousands of employees across continents.
You will report to the Associate Manager of the Extended Reality team. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we expect you to:
Have 2+ years of experience in a digitalisation, consultancy, strategy, business partnering position or similar Have experience with XR platforms (or specific AR/VR/MR platforms) and devices (e.g. HoloLens 2) Have experience from previous projects on applying technology in innovative solutions to solve business challenges Hold a bachelor or master’s degree within a relevant field Be fluent in English (both written and spoken) In addition, experience in Project management, organisational change management and knowledge about agile methodologies is a plus.
