Ambitious and collaborative project supporter for cross-functional raw material-solvent team

Are you passionate about working with equipment and setting the direction within your areas of responsibility? Would you thrive in a team with a high degree of professionalism and independency – and a large host of collaborating stakeholders?
Then we may be able to offer you a dynamic and challenging job in a truly global business environment, where priorities often change and no two days are alike. You will be a key part in ensuring the stable manufacturing of already marketed products and products in developmental phases, where your personal and professional competencies and ambitious will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals.

The position
The RMS Team is looking into a future where we will be supporting and contributing to many larger facility projects across PP. This is part of the reason why this position is exciting – together with your colleagues, you will ensuring that equipment and processes are in compliance with regulatory demands at all times, supporting the implementation of state-of-the-art technology that will make us ready for an interesting future. This includes mechanical and automation design, setup qualification and of course the mandatory documentation that will be crucial in your reports and when you analyse your test data.
Expect the job to be rather project-oriented, why your task portfolio will be many-faceted and vary according to the specific project targets and scopes. To some extend, this is also why a certain level of flexibility regarding work space and geography can be expected.

Qualifications
Your background is technical or from within the natural sciences, like engineering, a MSc. in chemistry or pharmacy, microbiology or similar. Solid experience with manufacturing equipment and automation design from large scale production lines in a GMP environment is a must for this position. It will be a distinct advantage to already know a lot about RMS processes, and of course from API manufacturing in general.

Our future colleagues will have to be interested in materials, data analysis and -management, and qualification in a GMP environment. You will build expertise in an area, that will see significant changes over the next many years, allowing you to be part of the journey towards Industry 4.0 the whole industry is on. We expect you to be able to implement your ideas and standardise our process setups in close collaboration with many different stakeholders across a diverse organisation.

We are looking for a candidate with a high degree of personal initiative, who is able to set and achieve clear and ambitious goals – and create energy and motivation around projects and tasks. We expect you to be professionally curious and proud to deliver only work of the highest quality. You need to be great at planning and prioritising, but also adjust them quickly, as business needs are diverse and ever-changing. You see solutions rather than limitations, and you excel in creating clear bridges between theory and practice, so that your ideas are always rooted in data, evidence and what is practically possible in an environment with very small margins of error. Independence and the motivation to take on responsibility is a prerequisite - the ability to effortlessly communicate across professional and cultural distances in fruitful collaborations is a must, as you will be anchoring many different projects and initiatives with many different stakeholders involved

If you hold ambitions about pursuing a manager, project management or specialist track in your career, we would appreciate hearing about your thoughts in your application.
