Job Description
We are currently looking for a Learning Associate/Training Partner to join our Learning Team based in Hillerod, Denmark.In this role you will take the lead and engage with Managers and Subject Matter Experts within your area of responsibilities to define relevant, applicable and effective learning programs that ensure employees set of competencies meets current and future demands. You ensure execution of learning programs through our Learning Management System and based on your monitoring level of relevance, quality and training delivery, you ensure manager recognition and approval of needed focus.We expect that you’ll leverage from your clear interest in daily operation and processes combined with in-depth understanding of adult learning theory, experience from technical training in a GMP context, knowledge and preferably experience in utilizing digital technologies.You will be part of a dedicated Learning Team in Hillerod and a global Learning organization within the Biogen Pharmaceutical Operational Technology network. We support and implement learning programs at the site according to both local needs and global best practice and standards. Your area of responsibility encounters a diverse set of functional areas as e.g. Engineering, Maintenance, Manufacturing Development, Supply Chain.Primary Responsibilities- Engage with stakeholders and definition of relevant and applicable effective training programs.- Enable execution and manage training programs according to local needs and global standards within area of responsibilities.- Engage with area and continually improve level training delivery e.g. train trainers, use of technology.- Ensure management understanding of role and responsibilities, training program structure and use of learning management system and processes- Using Learning program or training program
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with a great ability to engage and communicate with a broad range of people at all levels. Furthermore, you should have;- 5-8 years' experience, preferably experience from a similar role within the GMP industry- Project management experience is a must, could be from a consultancy practice- Experience working with HR systems/Learning Management Systems- Fluent in English both in oral and writing You work structured and ensure prioritization of your effort according to both local and global needs and you utilize general set of LEAN tools within problem solving when you define needed focus.
Education
- Master’s in Business, Learning, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience) or bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience
