Primary tasks and responsibilities?:

  • Provide support for HR administrative tasks (e.g. on-boarding, off-boarding, employee handbook, social events etc.)
  • Welcome visitors and answer all incoming calls
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Scan of invoices
  • Make travel arrangements (taxi and hotels)
  • Register vacation and other absences in SAP
  • Course Administration
