THE JOB

In order to expand the organization, we are searching for a top motivated international sales director with technical expertise to conduct sales and business development activities based out of the Danish HQ.

In this position, you will gain an independent field of responsibility and in collaboration with the management team you will set the goals and strategic initiatives to obtain increased sales to existing and new customers – according to the overall strategy of the company.

Main tasksand responsibilities:

  • Daily management and support of Sales Managers and contact with their customers.
  • Administration of regional sales and marketing offices.
  • Execution of sales strategy.
  • Market development.
  • Collection and dissemination of information on market conditions.

Success criteria / KPI’s:

  • Increased market share.
  • Growth in gross profit.
  • Maintain and increase customer loyalty.

Besides that, you will be a part of strengthen the strategic relations with key distributors within the countries covered and contribute to the organization’s growth and profitability.

The candidate will also have significant contact with the colleagues at the headquarter and report directly to the Managing Director.

The organization will be reviewed by interview.

THE CANDIDATE

We expect that you have experience with the different stages in sales processes and have achieved independent results of your sales abilities. Furthermore, you are understand the complexity of technical solution selling. As a person, you are outgoing and prefer direct customer contact. You always follow up on agreements made and master the ability to create and sustain continuous long-term working relationships. In addition, trust and credibility are the key denominators which define your character.

Personal qualifications

  • Strong experience with B2B sales from the HVAC industry is preferred.
  • Strong commercial experience supplemented with a technical background, understanding and interest.
  • Result oriented and structured person who can communicate technical issues to customers and colleagues.
  • Share experiences and can contribute positively to the success of the sales team with your drive.
  • Excellent business understanding and negotiation experience.
  • A good networker, good motivator and the ability to create long term relations.
  • Ability to acquire technical knowledge and capable of solution finding.

EDUCATION

Mechanical Engineer Degree/Diploma or similar technical background.

IT

You are a skilled user of IT.

LANGUAGE

You master the English language in both written and oral on a high level.
