Det Sociale Netværk/headspace Danmark søger en presse- og kommunikationschef, som evner at tænke både strategisk og praksisnært. Din primære opgave bliver at sætte vores initiativer og projekter på dagsordenen, så flere kommer til at kende vores tilbud, får lyst til at samarbejde med os, blive frivillig eller medlem.


Som presse- og kommunikationschef skal du bidrage til pressehåndtering og koordinere den interne og eksterne kommunikation. Alle initiativerne handler om at sætte fokus på psykisk sårbarhed samt styrke den mentale trivsel og sundhedsfremme hos særligt børn og unge.

Du skal kunne lægge solide kommunikationsplaner og omsætte dem til virkelighed i samarbejde med direktøren, projektledere og chefer på de 18 headspace-centre rundt om i Danmark. Du skal evne at tænke kreativt og visionært, lede arbejdet i et lille kommunikationsteam og også selv at sætte dig ved tasterne i det daglige kommunikationsarbejde.

Du skal kunne handle klogt, når bølgerne går højt, og du skal evne at sætte mål og prioritere opgaverne, så historierne bliver til virkelighed. Du er ambitiøs og har masser af initiativ, ligesom du arbejder struktureret og resultatorienteret. Du er god til at samarbejde med mange forskellige mennesker: en frivillig i et headspace-center den ene dag – en kommunal eller regional embedsmand den næste. 

Du har mindst fem års erfaring med presse- og kommunikationsarbejde, har et indgående kendskab til nyhedsformidling, og du ser muligheder på tværs af platforme. Du har et godt netværk i medieverdenen, som du er klar til at bruge for at gøre Det Sociale Netværk og vores initiativer kendt såvel langt ind i det politiske system som helt ud i danskernes – og især de unges – hverdag.

The Role
