Genesys Developer, Copenhagen

We are looking for a Genesys Senior IT Developer who will help us on the maintenance and support the Contact Centre Genesys Platform. This is an opportunity for you to deliver great customer service, work across borders and influence our Contact Centre set-up.

Your future responsibilities

You’ll join Nordea Technology, Application Maintenance & Contact Centre Operations, in a team which ensures that new and existing customers are able to get in touch with us 24/7.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Incident handling
  • Problem root cause analysis
  • Preventive platform improvements
  • Request fulfilment
  • Other maintenance tasks

The role is based in Copenhagen, Taastrup. Welcome to an international and multicultural team of customer oriented and highly skilled Genesys developers, currently located in Denmark, Poland and India.
