Associate E-Commerce Manager

Are you a digital native with a commercial understanding and a strong desire to bring extensive E-Commerce knowledge into play with key Nordic retailers?
Bring your digital expertise, E-Commerce knowledge and commercial acumen into play in a very exciting role in an outstanding team and organization.

Core responsibilities
This is a role central in our future development of online sales with key retail partners. A role where you don’t just get to play an important part in developing our retailers and sales, but also through being a driving force in capability building of the rest of the Nordic organization.

A key task is to be the owner and driver of executing the Activity Playbook concept. A concept, where we continuously raise the bar for how to work with online traffic and conversion driving initiatives. Being the E-COM go-to-person for key retailers in collaboration with assigned KAM’s, include active participation in both external and internal meetings. The role is central in the collaboration, execution and follow-up with the customers.

Some key tasks are:
• Feeding of new product and theme assets to customers E-COM teams as well as asset maintenance/update.
• Responsible for creation of tailor made customer assets in collaboration with our Trade Marketing department.
• Analyze user experiences to advice on design and content.
• NGE roll-out and maintenance – Meaning responsibility for implementation/maintenance of our online in-store setup presence.
• Play a key role in driving E-Commerce capability building across the Nordic BU.

The LEGO© Nordic E-Commerce Team is a highly professional unit collaborating across Nordic in order to develop our retailers and maximize our business potential.

The team has a twofold task setup. A sales team driving the commercial P&L responsibility of pure play onliners and a customer engagement team working cross functionally with key Omni channel customers. Finally and not to forget, we have a lot of fun doing that!

Do you have what it takes?
• As a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• You have 2-4 years of experience working with Digital and E-Commerce
• You are a native digital while still being highly commercial and analytical by nature.
• We prefer experience with a global or multi national company, but it’s not a must have.
• Clear working experience with how to drive traffic and conversion driving initiatives with online customers is a must.
• You are structured as well as disciplined in your ways of work and approach problems with a solution focused mindset.
• Being great in collaborating with others is a key ability in order for you to succeed.
• You are robust as a person and thrives working in a highly dynamic environment, where change is part of daily life.
• You are the kind of person that contributes to a fun and healthy working environment.
• Ability to travel 10-20 days a year.
• Experienced user of Photoshop, MS Office and SAP.
• English fluently verbally as well as in writing
