As an Associate Sourcing Project Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

* Support in creating and managing the project procurement plan covering the goods, technology, services, and post-procurement activities required to transition into the business operations effectively.

· Coordinate with project stakeholders - identify, engage at an appropriate level, and proactively communicate independently.

· Drive sourcing activities - from scoping, through e-sourcing, (e)negotiation, to contract negotiation and implementation.

· Manage relationships with vendors.

· Work actively to secure procurement involvement in sourcing activities, turn procurement into a trusted partner to the organization by clearly adding value, and ensure business needs are understood and met.

Qualifications

You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in, e.g., Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering,

Economics, Law, Supply Chain Management, or similar with great results. We imagine that you have 2-3 years of relevant experience working with, e.g., CAPEX projects, procurement project management, sourcing, or category management in an international organization or a consulting company.

To succeed in this role, you bring a can-do attitude. You are service-minded and happy to provide hands-on operational support. You have great execution skills and can simultaneously manage many tasks in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

You use data to drive evidence-based decision-making, are self-driven, and can execute activities independently. You are not afraid to speak up and challenge stakeholders and can communicate at all levels of the organisation.

Lastly, we expect you to be curious, a fast learner, and interested in understanding the value chain in a large organisation.

You do not need to attach a cover letter to your application, but please include a few lines about your motivation in your resume or CV. Please assist us in maintaining a fair and inclusive selection process by not attaching a photo to your application.
