Job Description

You’ll be powering the service offered to our customers
As a Backoffice consultant, you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets. You’ll find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.

In this role, you´ll be part of a team which consists of approx. 30 engaged and skilled colleagues. Your role is placed in a small team of 4, who has the responsibility of our VIP support to our customers as well as Frontend Acquiring.

Your every day at the office makes you part of a strong and nice team that all delivers to ensure a great working environment - with room for ambitions as well as personal and professional development. 

You will experience that no days are looking the same which requires that you can handle and thrives busy days and changes ongoingly.

Due to the constant changes we have a high level of focus on having the most effective processes and what can be automated, we automate.


Qualifications

Skills, motivation and that little personal twist make you succeed
Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.

Your professional qualifications include:

  • You have experience in communicating with external customers
  • You come with experience from some sort of back office job
  • You have experience with using Microsoft Excel
  • Do you have experience in acquiring or issuing it will be considered an advantage
  • You are native in the Danish language both verbally and in writing
  • Confident in the English language both verbally and in writing
