Are you looking for an opportunity to work with Business Intelligence (BI) in a global company where you will support our business and be part of different types of solutions as well as cooperate closely together with our external vendors? Do you understand both the IT and business side of BI? Or you have a lot of knowledge about the business processes in Arla and are you interested in using your knowledge to develop the BI area? Then you might be the person we are looking for.

Right now, we are looking for two new Colleagues in the BI area:

  • A BI Consultant for the Support Team
  • A BI Coordinator with technical knowledge/interest in monitoring and optimization

You will be part of the Workforce Capabilities & Analysis team in IT Operations, covering the areas: Finance, HR, BI, Integration, EDI and Development. Our international team is placed in Viby, Denmark and Gdansk, Poland. We are taking care of IT maintenance and support with help from our external vendors and are also deeply involved in enhancement work that covers both corrections in existing solutions and new development.

We are scaling up in the BI area and building up a Support Team, who will work closely together with the BI Consultants, we already have in Arla IT.

BI Support Team Consultant - Specialist with a support profile

You like to dive into the problems and get them solved, and you will be solving service requests from the business and support the solutions developed in the release train, and furthermore, gives an easy understandable answer back to the requester. You will be part of delivering first class education material, be part of testing new solutions, and one of your main tasks is to ensure that you bring continually value to the business with your solid business understanding.

Your process and application knowledge is valuable as you will act as trusted advisor to your stakeholders, where you will support the Analytics Powerhouse release train, for example giving input to Solution Architects on standardization, proposing improvements and anticipating risk areas. 

BI Coordinator with technical knowledge in monitoring and optimisation  

In this role you will have a very close cooperation with the Service Coordinator for the BI area and the Development specialist as the role has tasks from both areas. You obtain and use relevant BI knowledge to support the process improvements and optimisation in our use of BI applications. You will be involved in daily monitoring and participate in the development of how we monitor our solutions in Arla, not only in BI, but also in other areas. You can expect close cooperation with the Release Train, Solution Architect and the Service Coordinator.
