Biotech Sales Trainer

The Biotech Sales Trainer delivers world-class technology and sales training for the Pall Biotech European Sales Organisation. This includes identifying/assessing training needs, coordinating training activities and deliver training to continuously improve our sales team’s performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Train the Sales Teams by organizing, coordinating and conducting face to face and virtual class training ;
  • Coach new Sales Team members to complete their onboarding program;
  • Capture feedback on all training programs from trainees and make proposals for improvement;
  • Coordinate annual skills assessments with Sales;
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify individual and team training needs and build/implement regional training action plan;
  • Assist in setting annual learning and development (training) objectives for the commercial teams;
  • Maintain updated records of educational curriculum;
  • Work with Sales and Marketing leaders to produce Commercial Training programs (Product Management, Marketing, Subject Matters Experts….).
  • Education, Skills and Competencies:

  • Master's degree in a scientific field;
  • Minimal 5 years technical experience in the life sciences industry;
  • Previous experience in sales (training) or marketing is considered an advantage;
  • Proficiency in English language, both spoken as well as written.
