Brand Manager

Are you energized to deliver outstanding brand management and go to market strategies?

We are offering you this phenomenal opportunity to join us as a Brand Manager for driving the success of selected LEGO® themes in the Nordic region.

Core Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for a portfolio of selected items (i.e. LEGO City, LEGO Ninjago etc.) reporting into the senior brand manager. Specifically, you will:

• Define local go-to-market and activation plans with strong integration of key partners, ensuring strong link between regional and local activations
• Manage brand marketing budget, media planning and campaign execution balancing the need to build consumer demand and shopper conversion across touchpoints
• Be accountable for developing business plans and presenting to Nordic Marketing leadership team
• Co-develop marketing programs with external IP partners to drive active consumer base and sales growth.
• Manage your portfolio of brands by being on top of the business performance as well as trends and insights and proactively take action
• Have close collaboration with both internal and external partners. (I.e. Sales and Operations on topics like consumer sales tracking, seasonality & demand planning and the trade marketing team, our media agency or IP partners)

Based from our office in Billund you will join our Nordic marketing organization and work alongside 6 brand managers, who enjoy end-to-end responsibility for their own LEGO themes, a trade marketing team and a Senior Digital Manager.

With a high market penetration and a position as the strongest toy brand in the region driving short- and long term sustainable growth is a key challenge. At the same time the dynamic competitive and media landscape requires that you are able too quickly translate new insights into commercial opportunities to drive your brands as well as the LEGO brand.

Do you have what it takes?

You have a master degree in marketing, business management or similar and a minimum of 3-5 years experience working within brand management ideally with end-to-end responsibility. Furthermore, we expect that you have:
• Experience from FMCG brand or media agency
• Have a strong digital track record including a broad understanding of digital media platforms
• Ability to connect digital KPIs with overall marketing and business objectives from awareness to purchase
• Commercial mindset and strong analytical skills
• Outstanding partner management skills and naturally builds trust and commitment
• Have strong communication skills, including proficiency in English – Danish is a plus, but not a requirement
