BSS Application First Line Engineer

Main Job Responsibility:

- Follow up the ITIL process and mainly handle and process with assigned BSS application related Incident, Service Request and Problem tickets
- Necessary communication with ticket requestor, customer care team to clarify, solve the tickets within required SLA
- Has/willing to learn general CRM business process knowledge, like customer information, business order flow and different type of order business
- Identify the possible root cause of the issue and escalate tickets in next level
- Communicate with back-office R&D and analysis incident within
- Documentation and knowledge sharing

General Requirement:

- At least 1 year of basic IT skills including database client connection, SQL skills, Linux skills
- Fluent English speaking, and Chinese speaking is preferred
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with ITIL process, especially Incident, Service Request and Problem management process is preferred
- Previous experience with operating CRM system is preferred
- Domain knowledge in any kind of IT system, CRM/Billing system is a plus
- Academic background in computer discipline, telecom or relevant
- Team work, result driving and willing to learn new knowledge
