For our Business Administration department within Siemens Gamesa NEME Tower Operations sector, we are currently looking for a self-driven and ambitious Business Administration Assistant to join our commercial group part time. The main responsibilities of the function are related to pricing governance and support of regional Sales and Projects. How to contribute to our vision As a Business Administration Assistant, you will primarily concentrate on managing the processes of Tower price forecasting in the region. You will accordingly be involved in monthly closure procedures and will support Tower Controlling with ad hoc tasks and timely reports such as: Establishing connection with Procurement and ensuring all our values are reflected correctly in the forecasts Tower Non Conformance reporting Creating/maintaining excel databases, data archives and forecasting tools Running pricing reports and others What you need to make a difference Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. The ideal candidate has a degree in Economics, Business or other relevant higher education on a Bachelor or Master level. It is essential for us that the candidate is motivated, has strong stress on accuracy and details. In order to be successful in this role you are accordingly good at: Handling both routine and diverse tasks Being strong user of MS Excel and having a flair for IT systems in general Working both individually and as well as in a team Having strong ownership skills It is of course mandatory that you possess excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.
