Business Analyst and administrative focal point

Working closely together with the Head of Department you will contribute to development, optimisation and administration of key systems and tools used by the department’s Quality Auditors – their work is one of the foundations for LEO Pharma’s License to Operate. Analyses, presentation, tool development and administration

You will join 10 very experienced Auditors working with a number of key tools and systems. They need data-driven insight and administrative support to ensure on-going development and optimisations of the overall framework. That is where you enter the scene. Basically, your job is to enable the Auditors to work smarter and with better use of existing data.

You will do so by taking over a major part of administration from the Auditors and the Head of department. Additionally, you will crunch data and turn those into conclusions and recommendations presented in an appealing and easy understandable way. Related to this you will use your acquired knowledge to development and optimisations of various tools in Excel and our Quality Management System. Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Support the Head of Department with handling all kinds of administrative tasks
  • Analyse data from audits and related – and present the data in an appealing way
  • Process and administrate quality questionnaires related to our suppliers
  • Develop new and optimise existing tools and documents
  • Enter data into existing tools and ensure that these are updated
  • Deliver data that will be used in connection with Health Authority Inspections or/and documentation that will be delivered to Health Authorities
  • Manage our performance board – including follow ups
  • Be the departments document filing responsible

We are still in an organisational construction phase meaning that you will have amble opportunities for making your personal mark on vital processes, systems and tools – your ideas are welcome and expected. Right now we are expanding with a new hub at LEO Pharma’s new site in Milan, and you will get the opportunity to impact our future setup there.

Master’s degree in business administration or similar

We are looking for a person that can make things happen with the same dedication regardless of the task is a minor administrative thing, data crunching or e.g. development of a new tool. As your role first and foremost is to support and enable your specialist colleagues and the Head of Department you must like to help other people with an open and collaborative mind. As you will be trusted with great responsibility, you must be able to challenge the existing paradigms and come up with new ideas with examples hereof. Additionally, you will your good communication skills. Your CV comprises:

  • A Master’s degree in business administration or similar
  • Solid analytical skills – and related Excel and PowerPoint skills (number crunching and appealing presentations)
  • Good overall IT skills including the ability to and motivation for learning new systems
  • Good English skills, written and spoken

Your new workplace is LEO Pharma’s HQ in Ballerup, Greater Copenhagen. Here you will join a team of very experienced and skilled Quality Professionals. Together we are responsible for conducting audits within GxP related areas globally at LEO entities as well as suppliers.
