Business Analyst in Business Support

Then you might be the right person for Novo Nordisk, as we are currently searching for a Business Analyst to join Business Support providing dedicated support to both Business Assurance and Quality Audits.

About the department
You will be anchored in Business Support’s Novo Nordisk Way of Assurance Office. We provide business support to senior and department managers responsible for Novo Nordisk’s +1300 audits conducted annually. This includes key processes such as risk assessment, resource planning and audit process optimisation. Our team is a fun, dedicated and international team with four colleagues in Denmark and six colleagues based in India.

The position
We offer an exciting and challenging position that will provide the right candidate a unique opportunity to impact the way we perform assurance activities in the global organisation. Our primary responsibility is to safeguard the Novo Nordisk Way and license to operate within GxP, Business Ethics, IT and financial compliance. The purpose is achieved by driving integrated, efficient and value adding assurance activities around the globe.

The job involves a wide range of assignments including supporting audit teams in resource and capacity planning, driving process optimisation, preparing reports and presentations for management and planning and execution of seminars and events.

The job as a Business Analyst gives you a good insight into the assurance function and Novo Nordisk as a whole. You will develop your analytical and communication skills enabling strong development opportunities in Novo Nordisk. As your development is important to us, training and individual development plans are key tools to help you in your personal and professional development.

Qualifications
You are a recent Master graduate from a University or Business School, preferably within the field of Economics or Business Administration, where you demonstrated engagement and top results.

You speak and write English fluently.

Personally, you are proactive, curious and engaged in improving your skills and those around you.

You have a good sense of humour, create a positive working atmosphere and easily establish good relations to people at all levels of the organisation. You pay attention to details, possess the power to impact the business and have strong communication skills.
