Contribute to the standardisation and automation of DSV Road:
As a Business Analyst for our Standardisation Team within BCM Road, you will play a key role in analysing our current business, and help us identify new standards for areas such as but not limited to:

  • Masterdata
  • Customer Agreements
  • Haulier Agreements
  • Network Governance
  • Department Structure

  • We offer a flexible role with great responsibility, where you take part of a highly skilled team of colleagues.
    The position is based at our HQ in Hedehusene near Copenhagen.


    As a valued business partner, you will assist in supporting the 34 European sections of DSV Road. 
    More specifically, you will:

  • Be part of driving the standardisation journey of DSV Road, specifically with focus on business analysis
  • Be part in defining KPI reports and in-depth analysis of optimisation benefits 
  • Be part in analysing financial benefits, identifying the return of investments of the standardisation journey

  • As all our projects are international, you can expect around 30-50 days of international travel per year.

    You will be part of an energetic Business Change Management department that comprises highly competent colleagues who are driven by the ambition to lead successful change management projects. While we are based in Denmark, we have colleagues in/from Sweden, Spain, Netherlands, and South Africa.

    Process thinking and structure is a big part of the role and operational or financial experience within the industry is considered a big advantage. You are a team player who can manage to work independently and who knows how to communicate and collaborate in order to achieve the defined business objectives. You can stand your ground when challenged, and you know how to navigate at both top management and specialist level. Equally importantly, you can balance urgent tasks with long-term projects because you are self-motivated and highly organised. You can structure your tasks and can manage your projects.


    You are ready to drive change across DSV Road because you have/are:

  • Ability to translate complex analysis into layman language on a stakeholder friendly level 
  • Experience in identifying new standards on a large scale either domestically or abroad
  • Experience with driving projects on your own, as well as working in a team
  • Experience with road freight, order management and/or operational settlement.
  • Experience as a strong stakeholder manager, a structured approach and experience with long term projects
