Do you want to drive and optimise financial management in the world’s largest offshore company?
Join us and become Business Controller in Financial Management Controlling where you and the team will be responsible for supporting management and business with line and project reporting. We’re responsible for controlling and reporting on resources and related cost as well as shared and fixed cost. We’re also responsible for Offshore’s hourly rates model.
Your key tasks will be to
- support the Line Management’s decision-making by controlling, analysing and reporting on performance
- plan, execute and optimise processes within our area of responsibility
- participate in and run projects with the business and other finance functions
- join our continuous improvement journey in the team.
Your competences include that you
- hold a master’s degree in finance, economics or similar, combined with moderate experience
- are a Microsoft Excel and Power Point superuser and have flair for finance applications – it’s an advantage if you’re experienced with SAP and SAP BPC
- preferably have experience with activity-based costing
- excel in communication, deduce context from figures and identify key takeaways from large data sets.
Furthermore, you quickly understand the business and can combine this knowledge with data to tell the story behind the figures. You’re a strong and trustworthy person who can enter into dialogues on all levels. You thrive with change in a dynamic environment with a high pace and multiple deadlines. You’re thorough and analytical.
Finally, you’re known for creating results through teamwork and developing good relations. We encourage curiosity and a proactive mindset with passion for making an impact.
