About CyberPilot

CyberPilot was founded in 2016 and has since experienced great growth in sales of our cybersecurity services. In just a few years, we have grown to 27 employees with a customer base of more than 250 customers. The goal is to create an international success in an industry that offers an enormous number of exciting opportunities.

We currently looking for the next person who, together with our partner and sales manager, Anders Winther, will develop, grow and expand our commercial sales activities. You will be part of the foundation of our future sales organization, which will ensure CyberPilot's growth internationally. It will be possible to work from the Netherlands and at the same time visit us in Denmark.

CyberPilot's DNA is made up of a "down to earth" culture, where we create good relationships with our customers through close contact and care - and we love to win while having fun.


About you

Your educational background is cand.merc or similar, from which you have a good understanding of the commercial aspect that the job requires as well as strong competencies in relation to the planning, organising and execution of your tasks and areas of responsibility. You have shown that you can deliver consistently strong results.

You are ready to develop your career and become part of an ambitious company where you want to have responsibility. The goal for this position, is that in a short time you will have able to be responsible for your own market and / or area.

You are happy to contribute with new ideas and have a knack for developing the status quo.

You can think strategically and tactically, but at the same time you are willing to do what needs to be done. You are a distinct winner who knows that it takes work to succeed.

You may have experience with sales work and customer contact from previous positions.

Tasks

  • Build in-depth knowledge of CyberPilot's services and processes
  • Carry out sales activities together with the sales manager. Our ambition is that most of our sales (in the long run) will be created through inbound marketing. But at the same time, we know that personal contact through the last part of the sales process creates value for both the customer and us. You will help create and develop this customer journey
  • Take responsibility for our "free trial" process in the Netherlands. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the concept and have direct contact with potential customers
  • Offer, negotiate, and close agreements with customers
  • Participate in the development of new and existing processes in relation to commercial sales activities
  • Participate in the development of CyberPilot's international expansion, where it is our ambition that CyberPilot will establish sales activities in a number of new markets over the next 2-3 years.


Skills

  • You have a commercial Swiss Army knife
  • Ambitious and hard-working winning type with a proven track record of results from your education and / or previous positions.
  • Relationship and trust building
  • Experience from previous sales positions is a plus but not a requirement
