Business Development Manager to International growth company

Position

Your daily job is to ensure commercial and international business development in selected segments. You will be involved in various international R&D projects, market research and practical tasks in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will be a part of the Product Management Team, reporting to the Product Line Director

You will be office based in our brand-new Corporate office in Kastrup, Copenhagen. You should expect to travel 25-30 days per year.

As Business Development Manager you will use your professional background and expertise to drive and develop the selected segments and overall business. Your strong personal drive and social competences makes you able to navigate in a field of different customers and stakeholders in an international market with constantly increasing demands for product development.

Your main areas of responsibility and tasks will be:

  • Responsible for international commercial development of selected segments
  • Utilization of leadership skills to develop required business plans
  • Coordinate R&D projects with Product Managers
  • Support Product Managers on commercial development
  • Market research in various segments
  • Ensure market intelligence from markets
  • Coordination of IP portfolio

General expectations of competences and experience

  • Preferably an engineering or other technical background which enables you to understand the product portfolio and the industry
  • Preferable 2-5 years of experience from a similar role in an international company
  • Experience with the B2B marked
  • Experience from sales and marketing
  • Fluent in English (verbal and writing)
  • Microsoft Office user: PPT, Excel, Word, Outlook

Personal qualifications

  • Result-oriented with a strong personal drive
  • Good communications skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relations
  • Hands–on and pragmatic personality with a strong eager to learn and develop
  • Analytic and data-driven
  • International outlook, enjoy working cross functional and with people from different educational and cultural backgrounds
  • Motivated by being a part of an international and corporate organization
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Team player
  • High degree of independence
