Job Description Summary

-Support to Business Process Owner in Quality Business Domain. Acting as BPO’s right hand in day to day work in relation to Quality Business Systems (Processes, Master Data, Systems plus Training & Support).
-Position is cross functional work between Plants and Group functions within own business domain and across business domains.
-Drive Quality Business Community consisting of relevant Super Users in Quality domain and relevant IT Consultants and Master Data resources.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Driving Quality Governance Structure as defined by BPO. Regular Reporting and Review of Progress across entire Quality Governance Structure participants.
  • -Conduct regular meetings in the business community

    -Ensure Quality IT Business Systems are followed at local plants.

    -Drive bottom-up continues improvements via the business community

    -Be the voice of the Quality Community in order to drive the changes and its implementation in a timely manner 

    -Communications across entire Quality Governance Community

    -Overall Task / Idea Tracking

    Capturing and manage the voice (ideas/improvements/requests) of the users/superusers giving feedback of the status/progress in a regular basis
  • -Act as Project Manager on future development in Quality business domain. PM in Oracle (RACEs) and rest of GE REN platforms in LM.

    -Act as project manager or project participant in cross domain projects

    Build Business Cases for new projects
  • Collaborate with Master Data Management to ensure high quality in Master Data and compliance to Master Data Processes.
  • Need to collect, discuss, review the operational performance, continuous improvement ideas, best practices, Testing & Trainings
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree alternatively solid project managements.
  • ·At least 4-5 years of Quality ERP domain ( MS Axapta, Oracle preferred) ) experience in Manufacturing Industry (preferred)

    Experience in multi-cultural global environments
  • Project Management certification (and/or experience)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
  • Holistic understanding of Manufacturing Industry

    ·Strong ERP system skills required (MS Axapta, Oracle preferred)

    ·Strong understanding of Quality Management Process (preferred)

    ·Strong understanding of Master Data Management (preferred)

    ·Fluent English skills required in Spoken & Written
