Business Program Mgr - Commercial Software Engineering, Northern Europe

We are hiring to our CSE Nordics area an expert Business Programs and Operations Manager with deep experience and expertise in managing and creating clarity and direction in a dynamic environment.   This person should be adept at spotting issues and opportunities and being able to turn these into action.   In addition, the Business Programs and Operations Manager should be able to act as a trusted contributor in executive communication and partnership strategy, recognize emerging patterns in our business and recognize early signals to address/take action in a more systemic manner.

The Impact You’ll Be Making


In this role, you would be responsible for:

- Empower a high-performance organization focus on enabling the growth and delivery of innovative solutions from org’s teams through customers and partners  

- Advise on strategies or solutions to plan, strategize, and influence priorities and decisions to increase satisfaction, performance, and the experience across the organization.

- Contribute a leadership presence and expertise at executive meetings / presentations, demonstrations of technologies, processes, tools, and methodologies

- Operate as a trusted advisor and key partner to CSE Nordics area lead. Be a key member of the area leadership team

- Create opportunities for synergies across customers and partners and drives for long-term solutions

- Forecast resource needs and timing throughout the course of a project, and remove obstacles. Excellence in managing OPEX and all aspects of budget planning

- Become an expert on policies and procedures for processes, services, and solutions and support Area Lead on Strategic Projects and ad hoc business analysis  

- Drive Area rhythm of business planning and execution including people and budget and owning internal tools

- Drive Business Operational excellence and Change management needs for the Area. Run the team’s execution cadence.


Who We Are Looking For :

- 7+ years of Technology business management, program management, product management / marketing or consulting

- Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, cross-group and multinational collaboration, analytical capabilities and attention to detail

- Ability to provide focus and drive in identifying and resolving issues that span organizations, creating a shared vision for results

- Strong leadership. Influences leadership teams. Influences strategic and operational decisions in a multicultural environment  

- BA or higher in Finance / Management/ Marketing, or Computer Science or other technology-driven discipline. MBA a plus

- Fluency in English and demonstrated ability to communicate concisely and effectively with other executives, employees, partners, and communities

- Preferred location: Denmark, Sweden, Finland or Norway. We embrace flexible working as a core principle of reinventing productivity, and the person is allowed to work at one of our offices or from any other location that serves the purpose

- Minimum 25% travel, incl. International travel
