THE TEAM
Trade Support is a dynamic, energetic, and versatile team consisting of full-time employees in combination with talented student assistants. We are a mix in nationalities, personalities, and expertise which we aim to build into a diverse and strong performing team. We take pride in enabling the trading engine to run smoothly and efficiently by bringing our best every day. 

THE ROLE
The backbone of the role is the day-today business, and you will be responsible for tasks within specific trading areas and products related to this. Key areas will be our Green Desk regarding certificates, Biomethane and various standard and non-standard trades within these areas. Tasks are versatile, to name a few it is making sure trades are booked timely and correct, overview of new deals and costumers, keeping track of certificates, deliveries, and the balance of these. You will structure and develop these tasks to fit the changing requirements of the markets and trading desks and ensure strong process descriptions. 

Along with the daily business you will together with the team play a role in onboarding new products into our existing portfolio, so we ensure strong operational performance into new business areas. Will explore and challenge how we provide the best support to trading desks and give recommendations to IT development teams to support a scalable and efficient setup. 


In the team we aim for strong balance between specific areas of expertise while overlapping for support and sparring to ensure flexibility in working hours and busy periods. Team-members will train and be trained on an ongoing basis across and within team to make sure we keep developing towards best practice and key improvements to minimize risk and increase efficiency. Effectively coordinating with colleagues, peers, and stakeholders will amongst others be your tasks and eventually your areas of expertise. 

You shine by having a good sense for logic, systems, processes and workflow, and the ability to acquire new knowledge. You are persistent in pursuing accuracy and a holistic understanding, and aware of when and how to nudge colleagues and stakeholders to ensure your deliverables.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND THE REQUIREMENTS
Direct experience is not a requirement, but we do expect a curious mindset and personal drive in combination with the ability to take ownership of tasks and establishing strong understanding and performance on daily routines, projects, and ad hoc tasks.


You might be an experienced administrative employee looking for new challenges, or you might be newly graduated and seeing this as the ideal place for you to be. Or you might surprise me with another relevant background! 

- You have always been valued for conscientious approach and take pride in getting the detailed job well-done
- You have flair for IT and is experienced in the office suite 
- You can cooperate & communicate on all levels
- You speak and write English fluently, Danish skills is also an advantage
