About the department

We’re a team of five dedicated colleagues who are working with Controlling, Accounting and providing support to our global offices in China, Germany and USA.

Our daily routine is characterized by independent tasks and a high team spirit - especially reaching the end of the month. It goes without saying that our focus is on delivering on-time and well-structured outlines to our internal stakeholders. We succeed by working together, and by prioritizing the involvement from colleagues across the organization.

 

About the job

As our new Junior Controller, you will start out with hands-on tasks within accounting and daily tasks in the team. You will have a chance to get to know the processes and tasks in the daily business intimately from bookkeeping, management accounting and intercompany accounting to consolidation, monthly and yearly closure and process optimization.

In time, you will be tasked with more controlling assignments as it fits your development.

 

About you

You hold financial degree, or other relevant academic degree and have gained some insights into the finance area. You are probably newly qualified and ready to start your career. You know your way around various common IT tools such as Excel and preferably Dynamics 365. Experience with ERP in general and other systems is an advantage.

As we have a strong and ongoing collaboration with our Chinese owners, it would be an advantage if you are able to communicate in Chinese.

You are curious and inquisitive and you consider all sides of a task. To be a success you have the initiative and persistence to structure the daily busy schedule and still see the big picture. You communicate well with the entire organization and you actively contribute to your team’s success.

Lastly, you know that nothing is perfect - but you want to strive to make Dynaudio a little bit better every day.
