Campaign and Shut-Down Scheduler

You will become a member of the Asset Scheduling Team, where you will get the opportunity to work with coordinating all campaign activities as well as planning for the Gorm-Tyra asset.

In this team, you will shape and develop a central role with great influence in the implementation and maintenance of a significant campaign plan for offshore installations and moreover, have an influence on its design and ensure our plans include our safety standards/aspects for the execution offshore. Also, you will use your knowledge and experience by applying a range of techniques for strategic planning and direction while building on your experience and competencies.

Key Responsibilities

You will compile information for development and implementation of all pre-campaign, campaign and post campaign integrated plans. You will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement in the Campaign processes and procedures. Furthermore, you will have a key role in identifying opportunities and champion initiatives that enable maximum production and injection output within the parameters of environmental compliance and process safety. Hence, one of your key assignments will be to coordinate all of our shut-down activities in the asset in close collaboration with campaign team and operation. Overall, you are responsible for the planning and organizing of offshore Campaign activities.

Your other responsibilities and tasks:

Provide Team Lead with regular reports with analysis and comments on performance and results

Establish and maintain effective relationships with external parties, functional teams and corporate groups

Contribute to development, maintenance and implementation of department activities, processes and procedures

Facilitate Campaign related meetings incl. shut down scope within campaigns.

Who we are looking for

You have a relevant background and you have experience within maintenance and planning, giving you the right tool box to implement and drive our platform campaign schedule.

It is important you address the job with a strong understanding of the business and people. Naturally, you thrive in a highly independent and visible position in a free and dynamic working environment. Moreover, the position calls for structure in facilitating tasks and plans. You are expected to be detail-oriented as well as having an overview allowing you to quickly grasp meanings and concept. Furthermore, excellent interpersonal and communicative skills are essential in combining a holistic business view with concrete coordination, planning and maintenance initiatives. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

Your other qualifications include:

Experience within construction activities and a great passion within planning

Experience/insight within preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling in preferably SAP and Primavera

Insight into implementing campaign excellence programmes

Fluent in oral and written English.
