A flavour of what you'll do 

  • Producing and delivering commercial briefs and campaign plans to execution teams. 
  • Set up bonus campaigns, whilst also working closely with internal teams, ensuring they are compliant and conduct testing of the full expected user journey. Executing bonus pay outs when required.
  • Execute new game releases. Look at initial performance indications of new releases and suggest how to promote/expose the game moving forward. 
  • Work closely with both internal, and external (3rd party suppliers) headcounts to ensure you are aware of product roadmaps, game release roadmaps and any other adhoc requirements to keep us competitive within the market.
  • Support the Casino Manager in daily operations and weekly routine tasks for the Casino sites. 
  • Report on weekly campaign performance, always using data and come with KPI performance – activity, turnover, bonus costs, revenue, ROI & overall product performance. 
  • Take an active interest in compliance and regulation, always understanding how it affects customers and campaigns.
  • Test upcoming games and suggest how to promote the games.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and provide competitor analysis. 
  • Coordinate ad hoc Casino Product projects to help improve and drive the Product.
  • Requirements

  • Experience in a similar executional role within gaming, digital or e-commerce or have performed a customer service role and prepared for a career progression.
  • Experience working in the Scandinavian market would be a bonus
  • Diligent, thorough, a good communicator and able to respect deadlines and team colleagues.
  • Data-driven and detail-orientated with good analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and interpersonal skills. 
  • Innovative self-starter who loves a challenge.
