The position

As Change Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive and ensure successful global implementation of our digital initiatives throughout People & Organisation
  • Take part in developing CM strategy, framework, and implementation plans – enabling changes to be adopted in the best way possible
  • Responsible for delivering specific CM support on both small- and large-scale changes.
    Including planning, stakeholder management, various change communication deliverables, and producing and conducting training activities
  • Build the CM capabilities across projects in Global People and Organisation
  • Producing communication material & presentations

 

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this role, we hope that you can tick off most of the below qualifications, but we encourage and welcome your application even if you cannot fully tick everything:

  • Relevant educational background e.g., HR, Communication, Change Management
  • Min. 3-5 years of experience with change management, stakeholder management, project management, communication, training, and development
  • Experience from working with change and communication in an international company
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise within change management
  • Experience from an international consultancy company is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written/spoken)
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build great working relationships across borders, cultures, and skill sets.

 

On a personal level you are empathic and have a “can do” attitude – not afraid to take on tasks that are not totally clear and give it a go. You can execute on your own, but also be part of a great team and bring out the best in others. Besides you are interested in working on many levels in the organisation and on various tasks.

 

About the department

You will join a newly established Service Development team in Global People and Organisation. The team is in Bagsværd and works closely together with all corners of Novo Nordisk and the Global P&O organisation. We are a good mix of employees with different backgrounds and experience, and value an informal and fun working environment.

 

In collaboration with P&O management and stakeholders we drive the P&O Digital strategy & roadmap, meaning facilitating and driving the right strategic choices, but also ensuring the execution of the roadmap towards measurable impact. In addition, we are shaping and owning customer journeys ensuring our customers get the best experience from our P&O Services, including aligning our key P&O metrics to measure customer experience. We are curious about Digital Innovation, developing new solutions building on the latest trends within automation and digitalisation across the entire P&O organisation.
