Chef for our Sticks'n'Sushi restaurant in Hellerup

From our Copenhagen beginnings our intention was always to be one of a kind.

 

IRASSHAIMASE!

 

Since 1994 we have served high-quality, fresh, traditional sushi and grilled yakitori sticks, always striving to be the greatest hosts we can.

 

Being Danish, we don’t like hype or superficiality, so we hire big smiles and small egos. People who can go much further than expected. We don’t waste our time on anyone who isn’t a team player.

 

People who take their work, but not themselves, too seriously are the ones everybody likes the most. Such attitudes never scared away a guest or annoyed a colleague - it’s an attitude we rate highly.

 

THAT’S US.

 

Sushi is about technique, tradition and precision. To work with us, your hands, head and heart must be in complete harmony. We love Chefs who can thrive in a kitchen full of pride, pace and energy. Chefs with passion for Japanese food and a burning desire to serve smiling sushi and sizzling sticks.

 

Experience is not required as long as you have a big smile and an eager to learn.
