Communications Officer for global and local internal communications

As our new Communications Officer, you will be trusted to complete global as well as local internal communications projects without an A-Z manual, and you will work with colleagues and business partners all over the world. You will be the communication key account to our organisation in Denmark and work closely with the local Country Head. You will also take on global internal communications projects in cooperation with Group Communications. You will develop and execute communication plans and material in line with the agreed strategy to ensure consistent communication that contributes to obtain the set business goals. Detailed Description

Main areas of responsibility:

· Act as a trusted advisor to Group functions, the Danish Country Head and the business in general

· Develop the communication plans for FLSmidth in Denmark, prepare impactful material and activities, and implement accordingly

· Execute communication on Group initiatives within areas such as safety, sustainability and new digital initiatives

· Tasks will vary from executing campaigns, driving change communications to delivering on ad hoc communications tasks as well as it will span from cultivating, writing and editing to facilitating external agencies and ensuring on-brand communication of high quality


Job Requirements

Your profile:

· Relevant communication degree, for example, cand. comm., cand. merc., journalist or the like

· You have between 3 to 5 years of experience in the communication field where you have acted as a trusted advisor, preferably within an international Business-to-Business corporation

· Fluent in English and have excellent writing skills

· Proficient within digital communication, have experience with video and preferably Sharepoint

· Strong project management skills and business acumen

· Able to manage ambitious, strategic projects - but also solve simple day-to-day tasks

· A skilled relationship manager with the ability to build and maintain a positive and constructive dialogue with a wide range of internal stakeholders

· Thrive in an environment with flexible working hours and a variable workload that imply peak-periods, and is able to travel as needed
