Because in all modesty, that’s why we’re here ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Content Manager in Onomondo, you’ll be handed a “blank" canvas for you to own and develop our content strategy upon. You’ll work with the marketing team and cross-functional teams to create a content strategy for demand generation, sales enablement and customer success. This role will be an integral part of the commercial team and will own, update and communicate the editorial calendar.You will be responsible for developing key content pillars, unique style messaging and formulating strategies for content designed to drive demand at each stage of the customer journey. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, and have a proven skill set for using data to drive decisions on projects.This role is newly established, and it requires a highly collaborative spirit, a commercially creative mind and the ability to partner effectively across teams and peers. Initially you will report to the CCO and you will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager (in search) as well as the Sales and Customer Success teams.Come join us if you have a passion for tech and are intrigued by a SaaS solution enabling global companies to succeed within the IoT space, which ultimately will benefit people, profit and the planet!WHAT YOU’LL DO- Developing content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets- Empowering the Sales team with creating and structuring best in class content for them to open and close new clients with e.g. PowerPoint (yes, key deliverable!), articles, blog posts etc.- Collaborating with Marketing to create content across channel that’s effective in evoking the right emotions and actions- Creating a consistent, appealing and strong visual and written brand DNA- Writing, editing, re-purposing and publishing engaging content- Creating, editing, proofreading and improving all posts and ensuring brand consistency- Optimizing content according to SEO/SEM and Google Ads- Using content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics- Managing content distribution to online channels and SoMe platforms to increase web traffic- Partner with key customers to produce, distribute, and promote white-papers, case studies, and blog posts promoting their collaboration with Onomondo- Developing standards, processes, and best practices for innovative content creation, distribution, and repurposing to target and segment buyer persona's- Support development of collateral for the sales team, events, and webinars- Being an expert at discovering new trends, content categorization and content development. Focus on research that meets our audience needs- Ensuring compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)- Staying up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attentionWHAT YOU’LL NEED- Proven work experience as a Content manager curating high-quality social content, testing new ideas and building audiences- An excellent understanding of the SoMe industry and platforms- Experience running paid social media campaigns and working with analytics- A creative eye and a strong ability to present information visually- Creative mind, witty, great researcher to be able to come up with new ideas and angles- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas simply at different stages in the customer buying journey- Great, or straight up awesome, in MS Office, Photoshop/InDesign and WordPress- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing and ability to keep up-to-date with the latest tools and trends- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics- Outstanding writing style and editing skills (proficiency in English)- Good organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail- B2B marketing experience would be a bonus- Bachelor's degree in a relevant area - Marketing/Communications/Journalism/PR/Digital/Business- Quick learning attributes that enable you to pivot and work through ambiguity- Excellent interpersonal skills; active listening, communication, empathy- A passion for tech and an understanding of IoT and the possibilities it provides for people, profit and the planetWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?A unique opportunity to make a big difference in a cool Copenhagen-based tech startup on a mission to conquer and connect the world through IoT.
