Descripción del puesto:

Cash is old school. Out of pocket expenses suck. Workplaces need to be more trusting, progressive and - that's right, we're gonna say it - fun.
And that's what we're here to do. But we need your help. Something very very exciting is happening: (COMPANY NAME) is launching in 15 new markets this year!
And for that we need someone who will help us make the best-possible first impression on European businesses. In other words, this is a key role in our European expansion! You'll be defining and executing our Go To Market strategy for our new markets.
This is both a very-hands on and strategic role, involved in setting up the founding country team, acquiring first customers and developing the early phase commercial strategy for the market's success. You will be responsible for various markets simultaneously and graduating them by achieving targets. You are accountable for all commercial aspects of the market launch and building a healthy business.
You will work closely with an International Product Manager as your counterpart and the founding GtM team to find the recipe for success for the different markets. If this sounds like a match so far? Super, let's keep going. We want to tell you a bit more about (COMPANY NAME)!
But wait, you haven't heard of (COMPANY NAME) before? Really? xxxx9;
We're a company that deals with company spending: we think that all employees should be trusted to spend company money.
We do this through smart payment cards for companies: use your card, snap a picture of the receipt, and you're done. No more out of pocket expenses - no more boring expense reports. Our beautiful app makes it easy and transparent for management and finance teams to see what's being spent in real time, while taking the load of handling company spending off the finance team. Instead, companies who use (COMPANY NAME) delegate spending to all employees across the company.
It's an exciting time for us: we are in a very strong position as in our latest investment round we raised over $350M in Series C to grow. We have offices in Copenhagen, London, Stockholm, Berlin, Madrid, Lisbon and Paris.
The B2B SaaS space is pretty specific from a go-to-market perspective. We see having a background in SaaS marketing/sales/customer success/rev ops as a requirement to succeed in this role as well as consultant-level project management and strategic chops. Ideally, you've done something like this before! (But hey, we're also prepared to be surprised if you can adapt and learn fast to understand the ways to succeed in this!)
Things you will be doing xxxx0;

* Accountable for the Commercial Success of the new markets you work on: Designing the commercial strategy, removing blockers and identifying growth opportunities for the market
* Working closely with your Product counterpart on the Country roadmap
* Project managing and executing on all the commercial work streams
* Gaining a deep market knowledge by doing research, holding early customer calls and onboarding support as needed
