In parallel the same countries have inefficient tools and processes to match unemployed workers with available jobs. At the same time, the need for transparent and efficient, sustainable processes in public administration is more important than ever.

Are you our new partner?

HR-Online is looking for an independent partner in several European countries, to drive and setup a local branch to grow the business in collaboration with local authorities and corporations.

You will setup a local branch of HR-Online and through your network build up a sustainable business using the HR-Online platform. You will engage with local labour market authorities, interim workers’ agencies and large corporations in your country and build up lasting and trust-based relationships.

We help you get started

As a new partner we guide you through a comprehensive on-boarding process to ensure that you get the best possible start. You will be introduced to the digital platform, trained in demonstration and sales techniques and sparring on the best possible go-to-market strategy.

Who are you?

We expect that you:

  • Possess a high degree of drive and self-motivation.
  • Have established network in and experience from startup environments as well as established corporations in your local area
  • Appreciate a diverse set of tasks, ranging from networking, sales, support and financial follow-up.

Your educational background can be diverse, but may include:

  • Bachelor/Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration - Msc(Econ.)
  • Master of Business Administration – MBA
  • Other relevant degrees.

We provide a platform where jobs and talent are matched. Our platform includes a freelance solution which enables the user to both offer and bid on jobs and provides companies and public authorities with a transparent and cost-efficient recruitment platform for both temporary and permanent staff.

The platform targets three customers segments:

  1. Public agencies for labour market and recruitment.

The platform enables public agencies to assist the unemployed in finding new temporary or permanent employment in a transparent way. The unemployed can receive feedback on job applications while the public agencies can oversee progress and assist when needed.

  1. Private companies

The platform offers companies the possibility to take control of recruitment of both temporary and permanent workers. By in-sourcing recruitment of temporary workers the company will make considerable savings on temporary workers spend. At the same time the platform enables the company to take control of the recruitment of permanent staff in a transparent and efficient way – in full compliance with legislation e.g. EU GDPR.

The platform enables members to meet with other member and exchange services. A member can create a tasks and other members can bid on the same job. Once the job is done, the platform will support payment in a transparent way in accordance with local legislation. The jobs listed can be bid on by unemployed persons looking for employments as well as freelancers looking for an extra source of income.
