Do you want to be responsible for the development of a partner channel in Sweden for one of Scandinavia's leading e-commerce platforms? Hesehus is looking for a Country Manager in Sweden who will be responsible for strengthening our position on the Swedish market.

 

What are we offering?

Within a few years Hesehus e-commerce platform has gained a market-leading position in Denmark. We now strive to achieve the same unique and leading position in Sweden and wish to increase the number of our Swedish customers significantly. Our customer portfolio already counts large Swedish companies, serving us with strong references. As Country Manager, you will be responsible for executing Hesehus’ overall strategy regarding our expansion on the Swedish market. You will have the leading role from the first phase of our ambitious international expansion and be responsible for branding Hesehus and establishing contact to potential partners in Sweden. Potential partners will be some of Sweden's biggest digital agencies and IT consultancies.  
You will report to our CEO and work closely with highly skilled and qualified colleagues across the company in Denmark. Your primary workstation will be in Sweden, but once every two weeks will be spent at the office in Odense, thus travel activities are to be expected. In the start-up phase the CEO will be available with competent feedback just as you through our onboarding program will receive in-depth knowledge about Hesehus’ products and services.     
  

Your primary tasks:

  • Responsible for developing a strong partner channel in Sweden
  • Organisation of partner meetings and support for their sales activities.
  • Responsible for market development, sales budget and reaching sales targets 
  • Responsible for structuring, planning and prioritising partner efforts in close cooperation with our marketing department
  • Responsible for the expansion of our customer portfolio on the Swedish market in close cooperation with our partners. 
  • Generation of sale directly to the customers might also appear.  

 

Who are you?  

You have a solid business knowledge and at least five years of experience with sale of IT- and/or software solutions in the size of 200.000+ EUR. It is a prerequisite that you have a strong track record from previous positions. 
As a person, you are motivated by entrepreneurship and watching projects grow. You are passionate about starting projects, nursing them, as well as finishing them. Moreover, you are outgoing, service-minded, and a good networker actively using LinkedIn. You are dynamic, determined and self-motivated. You are dedicated to your work and able to transform strategy into concrete actions and outcomes. Further, we expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English and that you understand Danish.
