Creative and Campaign Lead

How would you leverage 13 house brands in a fastmoving international e-commerce company?

Someone to ensure clear, creative, focussed alignment in ads, campaigns and brands. Someone who makes sure that the team shines and shoots with an incredible aim and nails it - while leaving room for experimentation and learning.

We are

Trendhim designs accessories for men and sells directly to consumers online. With 6,000 products and 13 house brands, we help customers in 40 countries and 18 languages. We're a fast-growing E-commerce company. In the last 5 years, we've grown from 3 to 60 employees and won prizes for our growth. In 2017, we were nominated the 10th fastest growing company in Denmark. Everything is run from our office and warehouse in Horsens, Denmark.

Responsibilities:

Your core focus is to make profitable advertising material that supports long-term brand development. And level up our advertising and campaign planning game. This is a never-ending process of constant test, trial, adaptation and development and we’re not really sure if the sky is the limit.

Tasks:

  • Take the lead in campaign planning
  • Work closely with the creative team on all briefs 
  • Work closely with CMO to design and execute brand story arcs
  • Get your hands dirty: Shooting, working with the studio team on setups, art direction, scriptwriting, storyboarding, graphic design, editing, and building landing pages 
  • Have and grow epic creative ad ideas and execute them with a team of photographers and media buyers

Skills:

  • Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
  • Digital advertising or marketing 
  • Experienced with visual communication
  • Skilled in campaign creative planning
  • Wide base of skills (or learning aptitude) in video editing, video and photography, scriptwriting, storyboarding, art direction, graphic design, landing page creation
