CRM business manager
As our new CRM business manager, you will join the adventure of Sennheiser Communications, in a dedicated Commercial Excellence. We are looking for a person with both a commercially and data minded profile with the necessary agility to work across both the business and technical dimensions of the role. 


This is an ideal opportunity for a person to work in a global role with key stakeholders across all levels and across all parts of the business to really impact commercial practices.

You will be working with Salesforce from the implementation to the operational phase. You will help roll out new strategies with a strong focus on end-user needs, satisfaction and adoption. Being Salesforce expert is not a requirement. Being a CRM business expert is.

 

You will oversee the direct communication to customers and partners through the CRM system and through segmentation of the database to ensure that direct communication will reach the right customers. To continuously improve on our efficiency, you will have to develop testing strategies, which will help optimize our communication, retargeting and user experience.
 
Role Outline
•    Plan and deliver CRM strategies across the company both for channel partners and end customers.
•    Map & analyze Customer / Partner Journey, touch points with the organization.
•    Oversee direct communications with customers & partners through the CRM.
•    Monitor and maximize partner lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum engagement.
•    Ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing.
•    Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach.
•    Drive adoption across the entire organization.

 

Your skills & knowledge
•    You have a solid understanding of CRM solutions, preferably Salesforce (or Dynamics, Oracle, SAP). 
•    You have an expert-level knowledge on CRM processes and functions 
•    You are business minded, with at least several years of experience, across multiple disciplines of Sales and Marketing 
•    You have experience with sales models, segmentation processes, channel management and partner engagement
•    You have  proven experience in Project Management and Change Management 
•    Attention to details and a strong focus on execution 
•    Professional written and spoken English
