Who are we?
The CRM Cloud Chapter is an established Copenhagen area (Lyngby) team working on the deployment, customization and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Danske Bank. We are part of the organisation supporting the bank’s corporate customers, and have an overarching customer-focused approach. 

Becoming part of this team is a great opportunity to work in an agile setup, as part of an empowered and cross-functional team. Our two CRM Squads are international (10 nationalities and counting!) and English is the primary language.

Join Our Team  
As a CRM Developer your mission will be to:

  • Create Dynamics CRM solutions from the start to end by designing, developing, testing and deploying all components in our solution.
  • Co-create with the Product Owner, Business Analysts and Human Centred Designers, to translate user requirements into the best suitable configuration, customization and integration approaches. 
  • Take an outside-in and customer-centric approach to both front-end features and back-end data flow. 
  • Adopt best practices in software engineering design, testing, documentation, build, deployment, and operations.
  • Join and lead discussions around different platform initiatives.
  • Take occasional charge in troubleshooting and maintaining a high quality product. 
  • About You 
    We expect that you have a higher education background in Computer Science or equivalent. Besides your educational background, we are looking for:

  • Great appetite in learning the technical side of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and how to create plugins, workflows, forms, views etc.
  • Great appetite in learning the Microsoft Dynamics CRM out-of-box features.
  • Experience with .NET, C# and Typescript/Javascript. 
  • Knowledge of unit testing using NUnit or other testing frameworks.
  • Knowledge with working in an agile setup.
  • Willingness and ability to pick up new technologies and frameworks when required.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
