Besides operating a successful retail business, we sell our products in partnership with 5,000 wholesale customers as well as a substantial amount of CBO customers. Especially CBO is a business area growing with full speed, which we will now turn into a separate unit – and we want you to take lead!

With 84.5 million pieces of clothes sold last year and a turnover of 745 million EURO in wholesale, ONLY is the largest brand in the BESTSELLER group. Besides the ONLY brand, we also cover the following sub brands: Jacqueline de Yong, ONLY & SONS, ONLY CARMAKOMA and KIDS Only. Next to an ever-present love for fashion, our organisation is permeated by dedication, focus on business and an all-time present will to beat yesterday.

To further develop the business, we have decided to create a separate business unit for the CBO sales, working with a differentiated sales and marketing approach towards key online customers. We are looking for an ambitious and skilled leader to execute on our ambitious growth plan, managing an estimated employee group of 20 people.

Reporting directly to the Brand Director, you will be part of ONLY’s management team. You will experience a flexibility to execute on the strategy and a freedom to operate your business area which you do not find in any other organisation.

Building an ambitious organisation

Your overall responsibility is to be in charge of the management, operation and business development of the CBO business according to our strategy plan. You will head both the Product & Sales team as well as the Digital Business team. As we are still building the department, one of your first focus areas will be to define and set up a new organisational structure including reporting lines, new business processes and business planning procedures, as well as you will be recruiting employees as your area grows. Furthermore, you will be taking necessary actions with regards to improving SCM/replenishment, global price management and overall customer satisfaction, and you will optimise and manage the CBO marketing agenda with focus on setting new standards for the digital business platform.

Other important tasks would be:

Market Insight and Analysis:

-Responsible for business development per key account and for product and market analysis

Key Account Services / Logistics:

-Responsible for planning and operations of the CBO customers

DMC:

-Responsible for CBO DMC, including managing and developing the marketing agenda per CBO customer

B2B/DIRECT:

-Responsible for managing and developing the B2B/DIRECT platform

 Profile

We expect that you have a relevant background from the online/e-commerce business segment in an international organisation, preferably within fashion. Moreover, you are a strong leader with 5+ years of people management experience, including minimum two years of leading managers, and you have had full P&L responsibility from an individual division or company. You inspire your team by being hardworking, with a high personal integrity and strong communication skills, and by being able to create an ambitious, yet positive work environment. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, written as well as spoken.
