Customer Care Assistant - betterpeople A/S recruiting on behalf of SGM Light A/S

To be able to keep providing excellent service the Customer Care Department is expanding and looking for a new and committed colleague for the company headquarters in Aarhus.

The position

As Customer Care Assistant you will be handling communication with costumers regarding sales orders, stock enquiries and deliveries. You will be supporting SGM Light A/S' costumers in order handling, product enquiries, and shipping. Costumer calls and e-mails are part of your daily tasks, as are invoicing and logistics.

You will be part of a strong team both professionally and socially, where teamwork and complementing each other are key factors. The Team has high work ethics with room to ask questions if necessary.

Service minded and experienced

You are by nature apt, flexible and not afraid of change. You are energetic, outgoing and positive and see opportunities instead of limitations. The quality of your work is important for you and you are willing to go the extra mile to ensure great customer experiences. You are structured, detail oriented and good at meeting deadlines. You are able to keep focus and navigate through busy days. You will be part of a strong social team and it is therefore important that you are a teamplayer with af multicultural mindset. You are not afraid to take initiative or do what it takes to ensure, that the team succeeds.

It is expected that you have a high level of experience in customer service and administration, as well as both speak and write fluent English, as much of the communication takes place in English.

Furthermore, experience within B2B and shipping is an advantage as well as experience with AX (ERP) and CRM. You are an experienced user of Microsoft Office.
