Customer Care Consultant

As a Customer Care Consultant at Autobutler, we expect that you:

  • Are experienced with sales and master closing a deal
  • Enjoy using the phone as a work tool in the sales process and like a good dialogue
  • Are motivated by getting acquainted with the end user’s needs and can read these – also over the phone
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Are reliable, result oriented and ambitious by nature

Primary job tasks

Your primary job tasks will consist of calling the car owners, who have received an offer but has not yet accepted it. This can be due to many reasons, and your first job is to locate this reason, lead them safely through the booking process and ensure that any bumps in the road are smoothened out. Second, you will also be contacting our existing customer base to guide them to request a job on our online portal.

You will become part of a large, dedicated sales team who both works with B2C and B2B customers, and you will receive relevant feedback and help to perform you work from your colleagues who have a lot of knowledge about the business. We will thoroughly train you in our business and our systems if you bring the right drive and initiative to the table.
