Whistleblower Partners is looking for a service-minded and ambitious Customer Community Manager to build a global organisation providing excellent customer service.    

Whistleblower Partners is a leading service provider of compliant whistleblower solutions to companies and organizations in Europe.  

With our services we support whistleblowers to come forward in an anonymous and secure manner while supporting our companies in case handling and taking the right preventative initiatives.  

We are headquartered in central Copenhagen (Denmark) and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, France, Finland and Sweden. 

 

What will you be doing?  

You will be mainly responsible for:  

  • Developing and managing a community for our customers using Whistleblower Partners’ solutions  

  • Ensuring high performance global customer service 

  • Establishing a customer engagement platform to increase customer loyalty and build long-term customer relations through relevant and valuable content 

  • Coordinating the services provided by our customer service assistants in our different locations  

  • Ensuring a scalable customer service organisation in line with the company’s scale up strategy  

  • Being in charge of customer onboarding and daily support and screening processes 

  • Providing our clients with great experience and service, efficiently identifying and addressing their needs 

 

Who are you? 

We are looking for a candidate with excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) and a customer-oriented mentality, who is willing to use their problem-solving approach to provide our clients with excellent customer service.  

Additionally, you possess great relationship-building skills and are familiar with being in direct contact with customers and colleagues from different countries.  

You have experience working with customer service platforms and measuring customer satisfaction and ideally also some experience with managing a customer service team. 

Finally, you are eager to take charge of different tasks with the objective to deliver great results on time and to work in a fast-growing business environment.
