Som Customer Delivery Director bliver du overordnet ansvarlig for Technology & Security Services (TSS), drift- og projektleverancer mod kunden. Til denne opgave vil Delivery Managers, projektledere, og Solution Arkitekter være tilknyttet til dig og sammen skal I drive leverancerne ift. kundernes forventninger og behov.

Der er tale om et forretningsområde, som supportere flere af vores større accounts. Du kommer til at arbejde tæt sammen med vores kundeenhed, kunder, øvrige TSS-afdelinger samt 3. partnere.

Du kommer til at referere til Vice President Charlotte Nielsen og indgå i områdets lederteam på 10 chefer.

Dine ansvarsområder vil være:

  • Levere professionel IT Service Management til vores kunder
  • Business Relationship Management i tæt samarbejde med vores kunder

We are seeking experienced retention consultants with a strong nose for value and a passion to change the world! The Nordic Retention Team is a part of Merchant Services and we handle all B2B customers who calls us to terminate their engagement with Nets on Payment Terminals, International Acquirer Agreements and Norwegian Bank Accept. 

You will be a part of a successful team, where employee satisfaction, career development and winner mentality is highly prioritized. The team is based in Ballerup and Helsinki, but this position is in Ballerup, Denmark.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Outgoing calls based on advanced churn analytics
  • Drive churn prevention campaigns
  • Attend to customer queries and ensure highest customer satisfaction
  • Cross-sales to existing customers
