  • What the Role Involves;

  • Owning the business relationship and P&L for large account

  • Developing and executing a plan that delivers the Sales and margin targets by quarter and for the full year.

  • Responsibility for all the fundamentals associated with planning, promotions and investment.

  • Direct responsibility for building external relationships and networks within the retailer, driving engagement and optimising business plans for profitable growth.

  • Working cross functionally with Retail Marketing to optimise and deliver bespoke plans.

  • Work with the Category Manager and National Fieldsales Manager to develop the most effective category plans and in store execution to deliver growth.

  • A revenue growth mindset and laser focus on ROI to optimise opportunities and course correction plans.

  • Operating by the Colgate values, coaching others and being an influential, leading voice within the Customer Development Team.

  • Candidate profile;

  • Degree level

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience from similar Key Account position

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability

  • Self-reliant and pro-active 

  • Highly motivated by delivering results

  • Relentlessly passionate about brands, retail, shoppers and the consumer

  • Positive mindset & excellent team player

  • Brilliant negotiation skills
