As a c ustomer order specialist you’ll be responsible fororder and complaint handling, communication with trade customers in Sweden and several departments including sales, finance, transport and warehouse. You’ll be part of the Signify customer order management team in the Nordics, located in Ørestad, Copenhagen. The responsibility is to provide the best possible service to our customers, so a deep customer orientation must be in your DNA. We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. What you’ll do

  • Deliver an excellent service to customers in close cooperation with internal stakeholders (via telephone or electronically)

  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries

  • Provide pricing and delivery information

  • Keep records and follow up on customer interactions and transactions

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints

  • Prepare and distribute activity reports

  • Communicate and coordinate with sales, supply and other internal departments

  • Provide feedback and help improve the efficiency of the customer service process

  • What you´ll need

  • 1+ years experience in an international organization in the areas of: customer service / order management / sales support

  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Ability to collect data and process orders in a correct manner

  • An excellent understanding of customer order implementation cycle including warehousing and transportation activities

  • A pleasant, patient and friendly attitude as well as thorough detail orientation and good communication/listening skills

  • Interest in technical products and services

  • Excellent knowledge of SAP and MS Office

  • Fluent English and Swedish language skills
