Customer Service Advisor

Are you technically skilled and can you provide excellent service and support via phone and email?

At Sitel in Copenhagen, we have an exciting cooperation with e-Boks, supporting their Nordic market and thus we are searching for a customer service advisor who is fluent in Swedish and preferably in Danish or Norwegian as well – both spoken and written.

On behalf of e-Boks, we are handling the service and support for citizens and businesses answering all questions or queries via phone and email regarding access to their electronic mail in e-Boks.

The Tasks

You will be part of a team handling incoming calls and emails from citizens or businesses who are contacting us with questions regarding any challenges they may have accessing documents in e-Boks, installation on tablets or any other issues with navigating on the e-Boks platform.

The primary task is to solve any technical challenges as well as guide in digital shortcuts and to do so following the rules and regulations within the area.

You will report to a Team Manager who along with a Product Specialist will make sure to give you proper training and on a daily basis provide support and give you feedback on your performance.

Your Qualifications

  • I have previously worked in a contact center or within customer service – and I loved it.
  • My communicative skills are excellent and I am fluent in Swedish and preferable in Danish or Norwegian too.
  • I enjoy all aspects of customer service. No matter if it’s answering questions or dealing with complaints.
  • I have an interest in technical solutions and I have technical flair.
  • Every day I strive to be the best and I do my utmost in all aspects of my work.

We are looking for an autonomous and process oriented profile who is prepared for a workday with changing working hours.

About e-Boks

e-Boks provides  citizens, businesses, and public authorities an efficient, secure and user friendly platform for digital dialogue and storage of essential documents.

Workplace, Contact & Applying

The workplace is Sitel’s office in Copenhagen, Sluseholmen 2-4, 3rd floor, 2450 Kbh. SV.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 06:00-20:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 09:00-20:00. You will receive a work schedule four weeks in advance.

Salary is DKK 118.00 an hour and in addition, Sitel pays an amount that equals 3,4 % of the monthly salary to a Free Choice Account every month.

Furthermore, Sitel pays the amount that equals 8 % of the monthly salary to a Pension Plan every month and as an employee, you pay 4 % yourself.
